, and unifies it to an identifier,
SocketId
.
SocketType
is one of the following atoms:
rdm - unnumbered, reliable datagram service,
dgram - unnumbered, unreliable datagram service,
seqpacket - numbered, reliable datagram service, and
stream - reliable, connection-oriented byte-stream service
