cql_dependency_hook(+EntitySet, +Module) can be
defined to be notified when a given Module references a list of database
entities. This can be used to manage metadata/code dependency

cql_generated_sql_hook(+Filename, +LineNumber, +Goals)
can be defined to examine generated SQL. Use cql_sql_clause(+Goals, -SQL, -Parameters)
to examine the goals

cql_index_suggestion_hook(+Index) can be defined if
you are interested in proposed indices for your schema. Note that this
is not very mature (yet)
